Amendement to guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.1190 Health and Family Welfare Department, Dated: 30-8-1991

Existing Guidelines
Paragraph 6 Annexure II to G.O.

The Private Pharmacy College get full recognition of the Pharmacy Council of India before the first batch of their students pass out from their Institution.

Amendment

In para 6 Annexure II to the G.O. the following shall be added

"Simultaneous action should be taken by the Pharmacy College while applying for No Objection Certificate from the State Government to obtain recognition by Pharmacy Council of India and approval by All India Council of Technical Education and the students should not be admitted unless and untill the recognition by the Pharmacy Council of India and approval by All India Council of Technical Education is obtained."
